The 28th plenary session of the Committee on Earth Observation Satellites (CEOS), hosted by the Norwegian Space Centre and the Norwegian Meteorological Service in Tromsø, Norway, on 29-30 October, brought the annual EUMETSAT Chairmanship of CEOS to a successful conclusion.
